Returns and Refund Policy

To reduce disappointment, if you have any doubts over what will be a perfect size of any product, we would recommend contacting us. Please use the contact form.

Collared Creatures LTD endeavors to supply the highest quality goods and services and operates a simple 14-Day "No Quibble Guarantee" returns policy.

If any item is unsuitable, you can return it to

If your goods are faulty we will credit back the return postage, If the product you have ordered is not what you expected or unsuitable, we are not able to refund any postal costs either dispatch or return.

If the goods are sent back for an exchange the postal cost of the exchange will be chargeable

If the 14-day period has lapsed, subject to items being returned to us in perfect condition, you will be offered a credit note to the full product value, redeemable at any time over the following 3 months by simply calling us on 0333 577 7770.

We suggest sending items back to us using a recorded delivery service for your own peace of mind and proof of delivery. Collared Creatures LTD cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in return transit. Return carriage postage costs are not reimbursable.

When returning an item, the following information must be clearly detailed;

1. Customer name

2. Order number or reference

3. Date of your order

4. Product Code and Quantity of the item you would like to cancel.

Any items returned must not have been used or worn as this will result in a refusal to refund. Sale Items are also non-refundable.

Once we have received your returned goods they will be subject to inspection, pending a full refund or exchange.

Items returned for refunds, that are received after 14 days from the date of dispatch are at the discretion of Collared Creatures LTD.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
