update on COVID-19

Dear Customers

In light of the ongoing situation relating to COVID-19, I wanted to let you know about the steps we are taking to ensure we can continue to support all of our customers during this time.

We have stopped the ability for you to collect products from either our fulfillment center in Meltham or our office in Balne, But for the foreseeable future you will still be able to order online and have the products delivered as normal, Our couriers are taking more care and may not ask for signatures but instead put a code in the handheld terminal for proof of delivery. This is to try reduce personal contact and minimise the risk. Please be aware due to staffing deliveries may take slightly longer to arrive.
